The Board of Directors of EGL Italy SpA, a subsidiary of the energy group EGL, approved the budget for the financial year 2009-10 which recorded a turnover of € 4.676 millions (+39% versus the previous year) and a profit before tax of € 64.7 millions (+60%). Net profit stood at € 37.1 millions (+85%).
