First interview
If your application is accepted, you will be invited to an interview with a Human Resources staff member, as well as with staff in the field you could be working in. We provide you with detailed information on EGL as an employer and give you a sense of the possibilities and future challenges in the poistion. We want to know more about you as a person as well as your professional and social competencies.
Second or possibly third interview
After successfully completing the first round of interviews, you will be invited to a second one. This time, you will meet with the heads of Human Resources, Department and Area. It is important to us that you get to know the team you will be working in. Depending on the job profile, you may spend a day in the department and find out more about the job, requirements and people.
