EGL Energía Iberia has had the license to supply electricity on the Spanish market since 2002. It is registered with the Administrative Registry of Suppliers of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce, with number R2-235.
As a result of organic growth in Spain, EGL obtained a gas supplier license in 2008. It added this raw material to the portfolio of products offered to its clients.
Due to its experience in the different European organized markets, of which it is one of the major players, Powernext (France), LPX and EEX (Germany), OMEL (Spain) and AAPX (Austria), as well as in most European OTC markets, it is capable of providing the end client the best comprehensive solution for its needs on a domestic and international level.
Presently, EGL has a portfolio of over 200 consumption points, with an approximate consumption of more than 2.5 TWh per year as well as numerous financial coverages.
